Oil-free dry rotary vane vacuum pumps are similar to other rotary vane pumps. Their simple construction and single-shaft direct drive make them a powerful, long-life rotary vane pump with low operating and maintenance costs.
Volume reduction and pressure increase are the principles of rotary vane operation. Oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump is a variable displacement pump. There is an eccentrically designed rotor in the cylindrical cavity with vane slots on it. The rotary vane slides out of the groove as the rotor moves, dividing the cavity into several separate working chambers. There is no metal contact inside the rotary vane pump, so wear is low.
Compared with other types of vacuum pumps, they have lower maintenance requirements and can maintain excellent performance for a longer period of time. Oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps are the best choice for coarse/medium vacuum applications.
Features of dry rotary vane vacuum pump
1. Since the dry pump does not produce oil vapor, the production workshop environment and the items being processed are not polluted. It is the most ideal vacuum equipment used in industries such as purification workshops.
2. Compared with water ring vacuum pumps, water ring vacuum pumps are limited by geography and resources, and cause serious waste of water resources. When working at the same time, the humidity in the production workshop will surge, which can easily cause items to get wet and deteriorate. Dry pumps do not have these problems.
3. The dry pump does not require refueling or watering, so compared with other general vacuum pumps, regular maintenance work can be greatly reduced.
4. The dry pump adopts the high-speed operation of multiple blades, which avoids the pulse fluctuations of suction and exhaust of other vacuum pumps, and the air delivery and suction are very stable.
